Vivid Lawn Program $$$
This program will ensure you get a Vivid Lawn. This program includes 5 granular fertilizer applications that will ensure a quick green-up with long lasting color and plant health. It also includes both pre and post emergent control of crabgrass and broadleaf weeds. Includes free callbacks if troublesome weeds persist.

Brilliant Lawn Program $$
A more cost effective program that will still give you a beautiful, green, healthy lawn. This program utilizes 3 granular fertilizer applications with more slower, extended release nitrogen. It also includes pre and post emergent control of crabgrass and broadleaf weeds. Includes free callbacks if troublesome weeds persist.

One and Done Program $$
As the name implies, this program uses the most premium product that is formulated for season long release of nitrogen for a green lawn with just one application. This product is also coated with a pre-emergent herbicide and a insecticide for grub control. The most cost-effective program, especially ideal for larger properties. Free call-backs do not apply with this program.

"I'm Hosting a Party in 2 weeks and my lawn needs help" Program $
For a quick green up and immediate weed control for whatever reason. This is a single application with a quick green up with minimal duration. This also includes a postemergent herbicide application to kill any existing weeds.

My name is Jake, I am the owner and operator of Vivid Lawns. I have a B.S. degree in Horticulture/Turfgrass Management from Iowa State University. I have worked in golf course maintenance for over 20 years at multiple private golf courses including the last 8 years as superintendent at a private facility.

I will bring a smart, practical, customizable approach to lawn care, with products that work and last. I will also be transparent and educate the customer on what products are being applied, what rates are being applied, and what can be expected of these products. Licensed and insured, with the experience to help solve any lawn problems.
Customer Service:
I will promise that I will be the person giving the estimate and explaining it, I will be the one doing the application(s), I will be the one you will talk to with any questions or problems, and I will be the one to correct them, no employees.
